[Resolved]  TVS GOLD BLACK — complain regarding exchange of keyboard

Dear sir/madam
I purchase the TVS Gold Keyboard 4 month ago but the keyboard faulty and i return the keyboard the shop from were i bort after two month from the date of purchase as it was in waranty perioud. The shop owner sent the keyboard to the repairing centre on 11/11/2009 but there has been no repairing or exchange what so ever of the keyboard till date. When i call to the repairing centre of TVS Gold keyboard there is no reply the cerioul no od deposition is 5730 and the name and cerioul no of keyboard is TVSGOLD no IAWH1D0101174 The phone no of the repairing centrte is[protected].
Pls take a necessary action as soon as possible.

I purchase the TVS Gold xl barat Key board in july 2016. could not work proprely. keybord type words autometicaly without press any key

Respected Sir,

The Service Center Manager called me telling me that In bill there is not mentioned the Serial number keyboard so he not received service code for the replacement of the Keyboard.

The billing invoice problem is Shop keeper's problem what can consumer do for this. Even I am called the shop keeper he telling me that this type of problem first time come, he never mention serial number on Invoice copy.

So kindly resolve this problem as soon possible.
