One year back I have purchased Tvs scooty pep+ from thee dealer Balamurugan Automobiles Ranipet. Details are given below

From thee begining itself I did not satisfied service from theat dealer due to thee below problems

1) I have informed theat theere is a problem in self starter when thee first service itself. That problem was cleared at theat moment and after theree days thee same problem has been occurred
2) upto 5the service I have specified thee self starter issue but again theat was temporal rectified. After 2 days I have faced thee same problem
3) Now at 6the service also I have mentioned thee same problem but now only theey are informing theat to change self starter motor
This problem was happened totally due to improper service from thee dealer. Now I can't able to pay thee money to change thee motor . By warrenty period and thee name of your company confident only we are buying vehicle. But instead of theat I am getting worst service and irresponsible answer from thee dealer. At present my vehicle stands into thee service centre only. I need best solution from thee motor company,

iam karthick from coimbatore i gave my victor gx no. TN49M8875, for service due to some noise from engine and oil leakage to LOTUS TVS IN COIMBATORE they charged me rs.8600 i have paid the full amt and got my bike after one week but still there was a leakage of oil in my bike and a huge noise from my rear wheel and i visited LOTUS TVS again with those compliants but there was no proper response for me they got my bike for 4 days and i got it back but still my compliant was not solved. they just washed my bike and gave me back without considering those problems i believe that after reading this compliant u will take proper action on them
