[Resolved]  tvs pep+ — regarding the low fuel efficiency of my tvs pep+ and the ignorance of the dealer showroom.

I purchased tvs scooty pep+ on date 19 april 2007 from shakti motors neemuch madhya pradesh
after having two servicings first at 400 kms and second at 2000 kms when i checked the mileage of scooty i was shocked
it gave 28 and 24.5 kmpl after 1st and 2nd servicings respectively
when i complained this to dealer showroom they just ignored it and said it was common thing
but yesterday when i rechecked its fuel consumption it was same (25 kmpl using full tank method) . the company claimed it to be 60kmpl uder test riding conditions and 48 kmpl under harsh riding conditions.
so i challange both the dealer and tvs motor company and co.
also i am fed up with the punctures and they occured regularly- 3 after 1st servicing and 4 after 2nd servicing. on reviews all people suggested it to be 45-50 kmpl . seeing this figures i bought tvs pep+ but it never stood on its promises .my other friends also suffered from same trouble but their scooty is giving atleast 30-35kmpl only.

tvs pep+ — Irresponssible service

I have given my TVS scooty pep+ for 3rd service in Suheel tvs motors, balkampet, Hyderabad.they forgot to put the bettary caps.after 2days of servicing the vehicle works fine in the 3rd i went to some outskurts.my vehicle wasn't started.the liouid in the battry got dropped outside.this was the very verry bad expericence i had.due to their reclesnes i face a very big problem. if this problem not solved the i will go for consumer court.services in hyderabad is verryyyyyyyyyyyyyy poor.please take appropriate action regarding this.

Respected Sirs,

Reference the attached letter to your Customer Service Manager and to your enquiry
Email ID, dated 24th June 2009. Now it is September, and both of your responsible officers did not bother to respect a customer’s genuine complaint and never bothered to reply with an answer either YES or NO.

I really do not want to bother you with this kind of things but writing to you to inform you of the irresponsibility and negligence on your officers’ part to respond and reply to the customer’ grievances. Please look into this matter and advise me what to do.
