[Resolved]  TVS Scooty pep+ — BATTERY IS NOT WORKING

I HAVE PURCHASED TVS SCOOTY PEP + ON 17.08.2008, TAKEN ALL THREE SERVICES FROM THEIR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER. FOR 1st PAID SERVICE I HAVE GIVEN THE BIKE TO THE SPEED MOTERS LUCKNOW ON 11.04.09 AFTER SERVICING THEY HAVE DELIVERD THE BIKE ON THE SAME DAY VIDE THEIR INVOICE NO 232 DT 11.04.2009 & CLAIMED Rs 350.00.NEXT DAY MORNING THE BIKE NEITHER STARTED WITH KICK NOR WITH SWITCH.I HAVE APPROCHED TO THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER THEY HAVE AGAIN TAKEN THE BIKE & SAID THAT THE BATTERY HAS BEEN RECHARGED NOW IT WILL NOT CREATE ANY PROBLEM & IF THE SAME PROBLEM WILL ARISE AGAIN THE BATTERY WILL BE REPLACED AS THE SAME IS UNDER THE GUARANTEE PERIOD. AGAIN ON THE NEXT MORNING i.e 13.04.2009 SCOOTY HAS SAME PROBLEM . AGAIN I HAVE CONTACTED WITH Mr SINGH INCHARGE OF THE WORKSHOP WHO OVER PHONE HAS COMMITED THAT PLESE DELIVER THE SOOCTY AT OUR WORKSHOP I WILL REPLACE THE BATTERY BUT UNFORTUNATLY NOT DONE ANY THING ULTIMATLY I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION EXCEPT TO LEAVE THE SCOOTY AT THEIR WORK SHOP WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT/REQUEST.
THE AFTER SALES SERVICER OF SPEED MOTERS LUCKNOW IS VERY POOR.HOW I WILL GET MY SOOCTY RECTIFIED, CONTACT NOS OF THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES WHO MONITERS THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES OF THEIR SERVICE CENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT.
MY HOUSE IS 15 KM FROM THE SERVICE CENTER & I AM THE SCHOOL GOING STUDENT WITHOUT SCOOTY I AM FACING LOT OF THE PROBLEMS AS NO ANY OTHER COMUNICATION FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FROM MY HOUSE.I AM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND MY SCHOOL & COACHING IN ABSENCE OF SCOOTY.
HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND & APPRICIATE THE PROBLEM BY RECTIFING THE STARTING PROBLEM AFTER CHANGING THE BATTERY .
