Dear Sir,
I've purchased a TVS tyre on 06.05.2011, noon @ 12.30pm in Sri Selva Vinayaga Auto Spares (Dealers in all two wheeler spare parts), New No.2, Old No.5, Vishnu Nagar, Mudichur Road, West Tambaram, Chennai-45. The same has been inserted in my bike and I’ve parked it. But in another 30 minutes, while starting my bike to go out, I surprised to note that the tyre is punctured (with the help of mechanic). So I just walked to Vinayaga Auto spares for replacement, but the owner is refusing to replace the tyre. Please help me regarding this issue. I’ve the receipt of purchase with me.
