I have purchase tvs tyre from chikhli navsari and having manufacturing defect, its not even completed 1 year and defect like balloons coming out. I am sending you the picture for the proof. The tyre is still new but having manufacturing defect, it is impossible to ride so i want replacement of this tyre so from where i can get a replacement for this and how? Please help me out...

I have purchase a Hero honda Passion Pro on 06.05.2011.
Currently bike runs 2500 kms.
Rear tyre(TVS) is defect. It is a manufactoring defect.
Gaping from joint.
No body gave any response....

I've purchased a TVS tyre on 06.05.2011, noon @ 12.30pm in Sri Selva Vinayaga Auto Spares (Dealers in all two wheeler spare parts), New No.2, Old No.5, Vishnu Nagar, Mudichur Road, West Tambaram, Chennai-45. The same has been inserted in my bike and I’ve parked it. But in another 30 minutes, while starting my bike to go out, I surprised to note that the tyre is punctured (with the help of mechanic).
