[Resolved]  TVS VICTOR — Not giving my bike back

I saurabh agrawal has given my TVS victor motorcycle to TVS dealer in raigarh near dhimrapur chowk and they told that it wil cost 5-6 thousand for servicing in vry good , then i agree and given 5000 in advance . They make me fool that u can take your bike tomorrow, as it is ready ..den i said ok i wil come n take my bike. They make me fool by saying for 2 months and not given my bike...when i forse to give my bike in whatever condition den they said that we are shifting our showroom to new place i.e, next Bajaj showroom at present.....after opening of new showroom they told me just give me 2 days i wil make your bike in new condition i said ok.. They again started making me fool and i left raigarh for my studies and i ask my friends to go and collect my bike they do the same with them.....when i came back raigarh after few months they start telling me that they have given my bike to me... i tride of getting my bike back and try to meet as wel as to cal the contact person of TVS they even not replying me ......It has been past 2-3 YEAR's they are not giving my bike ...If any one can help me plz help me.... my no.
