[Resolved]  TVS/WEGO — Battery

I have purchased TVS WEGO(MH12GG6525) from VARIYAN Motors, Pune in September 2010. I have to wait around 8 months for my RTO smart card, Finally they have given me with thousands of follow up.

My vehicle having battery problem, I asked them to change as it comes under warranty, They told me that they have replaced the old battery with the new one. After few days I was facing same problem then I asked to check the battery and then I know that they have placed a used battery in my vehicle. From last 2 months I am asking to replace my battery as it is still under warranty, but they are telling that battery is out of stock and from past 2 months I am getting same answer.

Can you please advise me what has to be done for this.
