I am sreejith. I had joined the company 2009 December with Rs. 25, 000/- in terms with Co. that 10% of investment to 36 month. ie, 2500/month till December 2012. (My Mem Id: 0912TESR15556). On December 2010, onwards I made another 8 people joined my down leg, with total of Rs. 2, 90, 000/-. These 8 people got only 2 months payout, after that, no payment were issued by the Company. Our leader Mr. Saravanan is not giving any proper answer for that. He earned huge amount of money from the Co., my giving wrong commitment to people like us. Now he is not picking our calls. He earned more than 60 lakhs of amount from Tycoons Empire, - bought new car, house etc. with poor people’s money. When I called Company’s Call center, they saying because of Tamilnadu election, they can’t release the amount.. If so, Co. can inform this to inverters, even by putting a mail to respective IDs. They said, on May 20th they will release. But till yet nobody got the amount. As you know, lot of people put money in this Co. by investing gold in banks. Last Saturday ie, 21.05.2011 in Mathrubhumi daily this Scam news came out that the Co. is fraud, and two people were arrested in Kozhikode district. If need, I will provide the scan copy for the same. So I am requesting you all, take action before closing the company and don’t do the business further be careful. These fraud leaders like Saravanan, should come under police custody to stop such activities. Please take someone action seriously otherwise all the members will be troubled. “Channel partner”
Channel partner is the one who is going to give more service to the members directly in the market, on behalf of T.E.I.L management under legal mode.
Is there any difference in between company and channel partner?
Yes. Channel partner’s level starts from silver channel partner to double diamond channel partner. This will be fixed and it depends on their existing team size & business growth.
Who can join as a ‘channel partner’?
An existing share point holder may upgrade him/herself as a ‘channel partner’. A leader who is having 100+ members may claim for this status by sending a mail to us.
What is P.V & L.V?
Till date, all members joined by purchasing a product from the company & their product package has been calculated as ‘P.V’ for team business calculations & incentives. Now, T.E.I.L management has decided to promote land as its only available product and on this promotion land package will be notified as ‘L.V’ for business calculations.
What is my current L.V against membership?
Preclusive of your ‘P.V’ will carry the full balance value in ‘L.V’.
What is my current situation on eligible P.V’s?
All your P.V’s will be in your e-wallet as L.V”s. Any time you can en-cash it by purchasing a unit in your name or you can promote this to anyone under legal mode.
What about my existing membership is in T.E.I.L?
Your membership remains the same under L.V mode. To ensure the same, each member is invited to become a unit holder in our ‘OOTY’ land project.
How do i enter in to ‘L.V mode’ to enjoy benefits?
Against each inr.10, 000 membership, you can own a unit of a land in our tea-estate project at ‘OOTY’ by filling a basic procedure. (1 unit = 1.5 cents = 654.5sq.ft’s = inr.1, 00, 000 – for existing member.) Add L.V & pay inr.15000 against each unit (this total sum will be deducted from the unit cost) & register a land in your name immediately. Balance unit cost can be paid back from your green incentive by every month. (Maxi of 15% on unit advance value is your green incentive. This may differ and it depends on the cultivation out put & natural calamities.)
What is the minimum entry package for new member?
Inr.15, 000/- against 1 unit registration will be entertained for a membership. (1 unit = 1.5 cents = 654.5sq.ft’s = INR 125, 000) Inr.15, 000/- as an initial one unit value to register land in a member name.. Basic registration charges & 5% of service charge are applicable on each membership.
How do i adopt this safe mode against my existing membership?
Fill up the available application form in on-line and submit it. You are welcome to continue your relationship with us by owning a unit(s) of land.
When this will start to implement?
It already started & majority has started their journey with us under land mode. It’s time for you to accept the real change to change the life style.

Yesterday one of my Chennai down line member has visited Tycoons Office. According to his information, All cases & problems are solved. Tycoons staff is working on new website & server and shifting all data to it. Also got clearance certificate from Govt. Website will be up by this weekend and all information regarding pending payouts and new plan details will be given on new website. We have waited nearly 3 months so we can patience for few more days. Hopefully Tycoons will be back n ROCK AGAIN!!!

there is no difference between tycoons empire.in and sastra enterprises both have office nearby difference is that sastra closed with in a year and the tycoons closed litte later and they are making fool of the people by making invest in land . people have invested to get some income but these ask to takethe land from them at higher rates.but any way tycoons is little bit decent but mr.sampath the who used to run sastra does n't give reply on the phone that wont get peace of mind . i am pitty for the wife of sampath who got married to sucha culprit
