[Resolved]  Ubi Debit Card — Account Debited-Cash not dispensed

I inserted my UBI ATM card no [protected] at UBI Chakdaha Bus-stand ATM, Chakdaha, Dist.-Nadia, (W.B.) on 18/04/2011(Monday) at around 7.15 A.M. to 8 A.M. withdraw an amount of Rs. 20000(Twenty thousand) from my Savings A/C no:[protected]. I have not catch the amount of Rs 20000 from ATM due to late. My A/C with UBI was debited without cash being dispensed and without any transaction slip. My Savings Account UBI Branch is UBI Garulia Branch, 142/3, Ghoshpara Road, Shyamnagar, Dist.- North 24 Parganas, (W.B.).

I had registered my complaint with UBI Garulia Branch, 142/3, Ghoshpara Road, Shyamnagar, Dist.- North 24 Parganas, (W.B.) by filling in the complaint form with all the details. I
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to reimburse the amount at an early date.
