[Resolved]  Ujala Pumps — POOR SERVICE Response

Hi,

I Am customer o[censored]jala pumps.

i purchased the Model M/F. a year ago which costs me approx 2800 INR

within 3 month pump stopped working and after many follow ups with your sales manager of the Area i could get a service but the problem was not rectified, at last the distributor replaced it but i have beared the pain of calling so many times to your office & sales manager, ended paying 300 rs to plumber to replace the old one so my total cost was approx 3100 INR. i could buy new pump easily.

Now on 29th july pump again stopped working. i have called to your service station no at Ghaziabad. and finally after 2nd call your service boy came on 2nd august (his name is Ankit)
he only moved his hand behind the motor and said now it will run there was jam.

i said let me check once there is current then i will pay your fees. once the light came i have checked but it is not working.. i have called to the boy and he said directly that " BAHAR SE THIK KARA LO" . Is it the response expected from you.

you know water scarcity in NCR and if pump is not running how much one suffer. Is this the service and quality Ujala talks about. your guy says he will not come.

how you think your sales would increase if word of mouth is bad.
