I bought the ujala sellowell pump for boring done at my house. On recommendation i bought ujala motor from lohia traders at kotla. This product has been creating problem for me right from first day. I called up the customer care no. O[censored]jala pump from dealer and to my surprise this customer care is most pathetic and unprofessional call center i have ever seen.
Untrained and 3rd class, may 10th failed people are sitting in the customer...

i purchased the Model M/F. a year ago which costs me approx 2800 INR
within 3 month pump stopped working and after many follow ups with your sales manager of the Area i could get a service but the problem was not rectified, at last the distributor replaced it but i have beared the pain of calling so many times to your office & sales manager, ended paying 300...
