[Resolved]  Ujjwal National Packers and Movers — Not giving Bill and

I have asked Ujjwal National Packers and Movers to transfer my household goods from Mumbai to Pune on 31st May 2009. Mr Poonia came and gave big big words about their service. Apart of transportation he asked for 3% Insurance and 10.5% for Invoice bill. I agreed and asked them to move my household goods.
The packing they did was worst ever I had seen. When the goods were unpacked my Wall Unit (Showcase) was damaged, there were lots of hard scratches on it and one leg was broken. Even my costlier crockery set was crushed. This was brought to notice to Mr. GAJRAM who works from Pune office. I said that I will pay balance money only after the damages are repaired. He started arguing on the same and sat like a beggar asking for money. He said have trust and faith we take responsibility and will do it, but it will take 4 to 5 days. Ultimately I agreed and gave him the balance money. I asked him for the bill, then he said he is not aware of the bill, will confirm and let me know. They never call back. I had called both POONIA and GAJRAM and he said he will give the bill. Whenever I ask for damage repair, he says he will see when he comes.
Till date i.e. 10th June I haven't received the bill nor the damages are being repaired. Whenever I call GAJRAM says I will come in evening. Evening he doesn't turn up and never bothers to call back. If I call back in evening asking when is he coming, he says I will come tomorrow morning. The height was yesterday both POONIA and GAJRAM were not picking up my phone. I called POONIA around 10 times, he didn't pick up and sent SMS stating he is busy and can't pick up the phone right now. I called GAJRAM he gave the phone to his colleague and said that he is driving bike and can't take the phone. No one had called me back yet.

Please try to help me out to get my BILL and repairing damages.
