These guys are frauds. They did a recce and gave a competitive cost and when they finally came for packing they didn't even have cartons with them! They made me run around with them to get cartons, get rope and what not and they used my own business' packaging material to pack my house!
Not only that, they delayed everything by over 3 hours and obviously could not unpack at the destination (which they had committed to do). Then at 11pm, they forced me to give a deposit for the cartons to them claiming they will not leave the cartons without the deposit. So I was forced to give them 3, 000 (100 rs per carton for their horrible cartons). And now they are refusing to take the cartons back and return the money. They misbehave and even outright refuse to respond!

Paid 22 k for stuff to be shifted from Delhi to Shimla… overcharged, lied about delivery, I had to arrange my own labor to get my stuff delivered.. also lost a carton… the guy was screaming when I tried to complain… beware of them, they harass their customer… I really hope they go out of business… fraudsters!!

Worst company.. First they agreed on 13k and later they took our stuff to their warehouse and forced us from there to give more money on the name of insurance and all.. At last they took total 16500 from us and neither they did any bubble wrapping to our stuff nor they helped in packing.. They just put stuff in 4 boxes.. And everything else was packed by my father.. They false promised us that they will do bubble wrap at warehouse but they didn't do anything... They also provided no unloading which was actually mentioned in the receipt... THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MANNERS. ALSO THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND TRY TO SUPRESS THE OTHER PERSON BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ALL MONEY BEFOREHAND.

These are worst packers and movers.First they will talk nicely and once they come to your place at the booking date that is when issue starts.

They will not do any packing. You have to rely on your own to do packing of all stuff

They will not come on time for packing

They will waste your entire day because they will take stuff from your place at 7 pm

Then they will charge too much amount. Not what they would have committed to you

They will not even unload your package at the destination

I would not recommend anyone to book from Ujjwal packer and mover. They are total fraud and once they will take your package then they will unnecessary let you pay increased amount

One of the worst and highly unprofessional service provider don’t trust on their sweet wordings they are biggest cheater and fraud. I am the recent victim and hence it is my duty to aware people regarding my sufferings so that they may not get stucked in such fraud hands.

I am a govt. Employee they told every thing wrong qouted some price and once the goods and my car was on way his owner ajit blackmailed me and said that u have to extra money for delivery of items and car. I was not having any choice as all my goods are on way and hence felt crippled.

Even after payment once goods arrived many items were missing, many delicate items were broken, they damaged my car and changed my battery and Stepney and missed my jack.

Once tried calling mr ajit owner of company, he was not lifting my call and started avoiding if called from other no.

It was totally horrible experience.

One more thing never take insurance from them they are fraud they issue manipulated papers and never give u any receipts for the same so u even cannot claim any damage.

Hope my sufferings may enlightened my other friends and they may not get stuck with the hands such fraud Ujjwal Movers Packers whose owner is ajit ( big cheater and unprofessional person).

Ujjawal national packers and movers is unprofessional and complete fraud. They will first of all start with talking seriously and professionally, till order booking. Once you have made full payment they show their real face.

After booking and getting money they don't bother whether the material is getting received at site or not. They commit for 5 days means plz atleast multiply by 5 i. E 25 days. Even they dont bother to track where the material is and in which condition.

Very poor service, they are basically mediator to earn money only, customer service even they dont know what it is.

Not advise to book through them.

I booked my items with ujjawal packers and movers on 30th of october 2019 for shifting from gurgaon to kolkata. Mr ajeet promised a 5 day delivery. Today is 15th of november 2019, and i have no clue as to where my items are. There are my certificates etc in the items to be delivered, i don't know whether they are lost or damaged. I have lost all hope of receiving my items. Filed a consumer forum complain but i don't know when will they take action against this fraud packers and movers. Please help. Thinking of filing a court case.

Ujjawal National Packers and Movers is unprofessional and complete fraud. They will first of all start with talking seriously and professionally, luring you to fall into their trap and get your shifting order. Once you have made full payment they show their real face.

In my case my household items were shifted from Ghaziabad to Pune by this packers and movers. I had opted for independent truck and not on shared basis, I was in contact with Ajeet Choudhary regarding my order and the amount to be paid was decided to be Rs. 24000. He assured me of his professional service initially. The day on which the goods were to be shifted, he sent labors at 9:30 am while the same was promised for 8:00am. So the packing started one and half hours late. It finished by 7:30 pm in the evening. Again Mr. Ajeet had promised the same by 2:00 pm in afternoon. After that I wanted to make a partial payment of Rs.10000 and told Ajeet that the remaining amount will be paid in Pune. Ajeet insisted on full payment but I stayed on my logic that I'll pay the remaining amount in Pune. Ajeet at that time give a nod to that and then talked something to the driver. Then at 11:00 pm in night I got a phone from him to come and pay full payment next day otherwise he will unload all my goods in his godown. I was feeling helpless at that time and then requested him that I'll pay the amount in Pune as I had my flight for Pune early morning. But he insisted on payment and also increased the amount to Rs.26000 and then sent his executive to collect payment at Delhi Airport. again I argued that he had settled for Rs. 24000 then why he is asking for 26000. After much arguing he settled for 25000. I had no choice but to pay the increased amount. The truck was to reach Pune on Friday morning as promised. But didn't reach till Friday night. Then I called Ajeet and asked him about the truck. He told me that the truck will reach on Saturday morning by 11:00 am. Saturday evening passed but no truck. Again I called ajeet to which he said that truck will reach Pune sunday morning by 11:00 am.

I will say I have very bad experience with Ujjwal Packers and Movers Hyderabad.I have lost very valuable CDs and other important material.Also they deliver the goods much after the said delivery date.
So I advice everyone not to use their services.

I have asked Ujjwal National Packers and Movers to transfer my household goods from Mumbai to Pune on 31st May 2009. Mr Poonia came and gave big big words about their service. Apart of transportation he asked for 3% Insurance and 10.5% for Invoice bill. I agreed and asked them to move my household goods.
