i am also frauded by them on aug 2008.
i have given them sum of 13000 rs for the payment of courier.
first he told me that your parcel having
cheque of sum money one million thousand gbp
and certificate
and told me to transfer me 13000 rs in their account
after i transfer money to his account he told me that my parcel will deliver to me between 3 day and when at the last day i am waiting for my parcel he told me by mail that my parcel has been cought by inland tax revenu in london and they ask me to pay tax
of 1% of my money and that is minimum 80, 000 rs.
and that time i understand that this is faq and fraud my 13000rs has been lost. And that after he also did'n send me any mail.
but after that i get new e-mails of lottery. they thought that again they will trick me but any person can be frauded by only one time.

I have been getting these kind of e-mails daily for the last two months( around 5 Nos. daily). Someone would say that you won the U.K. National Lottery of some million pounds or some other would say that he wanted to transfer some million pounds or US dollar to me as if they found me honest persons. This is a big nuisance happening daily.To my surprise some fellow send me SMS from his Indian Mobile Number No:[protected] to my mobile number that I have won the U.K. National lottery. I called that fellow at that number [protected] and asking him who was he and why he was making such a nuisance. He said he was a British Citizen and his name was Edward Filo (as I heard) and also said that he was working with British High Commission, Chanakyapuri, Delhi and asked me to inform the details of my e-mail and full address and telephone number etc. so that he will forward back to U.K. and the U.K. National Lottery authorities will contact me. But his ascent sounds like a African. After getting this information, I asked him why he was doing these kind of cheats, he got angry and cut off the telephone line.
But will cyber crime official will take some action to stop this type of problem. I know these are chests but some other Indian may think that this is genuine and may loose money by these kind of crooks.
If any one knows the e-mail address of cyber crime officials in Delhi or other parts of India, Inform me so that I can make a formal complaint to them about this fellow calling from Indian Mobile No: [protected] ( I think this is Delhi Number only) so that they can take some action and at lest they can stop these people from cheating.

I called that fellow at that number [protected] and asking him who was he and why he was making such a nuisance. He said he was a British Citizen and his name was Edward Filo (as I heard) and also said that he was working with British High Commission, Chanakyapuri, Delhi and asked me to inform the details of my e-mail and full address and telephone number etc. so that he will forward back to U.K. and the U.K. National Lottery authorities will contact me. But his ascent sounds like a African. After getting this information, I asked him why he was doing these kind of cheats, he got angry and cut off the telephone line.
But will cyber crime official will take some action to stop this type of problem. I know these are chests but some other Indian may think that this is genuine and may loose money by these kind of crooks.
If any one knows the e-mail address of cyber crime officials in Delhi or other parts of India, Inform me so that I can make a formal complaint to them about this fellow calling from Indian Mobile No: [protected] ( I think this is Delhi Number only) so that they can take some action and at lest they can stop these people from cheating.
