[Resolved]  Ultra Motors — Very Very worst service

I had brought a "ULTRA MOTOR VELOCITY' e bike in Nandigama on[protected]. After 8 months service point is taken off from Nandigama. There is no problem with our bike for 9 months from the date of purchase. I got up to 2500Kms. After traveling 2500Kms the mileage is 5-10Kms/Full charge. I complained to Vijayawada branch. After 3 months from the complained date service man had came to our house and asked the problem. I told about the problem they said that battery is out order. But at the time of purchase they said the batteries would give about 5000Kms. I asked to replace the battery but they asked the traveling charges to Vijayawada. I gave him the charges. They took the battery to Vijayawada.They returned after 1 1/2 month. They said one battery out of order and they said that "We replaced the new battery". But there is no seal on the battery and they didn't gave us any receipt. After 1month from the date of replacing new battery,problem is again repeated. Again I complained to the branch office on August09. They came in November09. They tested the battery and said that we need to bring the tools and took away traveling charges and they said we will return in 2 days. But they didn't returned. Again we complained on November 09 last week. They came December09 last week and they came again to check and they asked traveling charges. I rejected to give him the charges because last time they took charges and went away so I didn't believed them. I said that after rectifying the problem I would give him the charges. But they said that " We would not touch the bike until you give us the charges",but we refused and they went away. From December09 last week up to now bike is not working we are calling them but they rejected the call every time.

EVERY BODY NEEDS MAINTENANCE INCLUDING ME. THAT'S WHY I EAT TWICE A DAY, BREAKFAST THRICE A DAY, DRINK ENERGY DRINK AS MANY TIMES AS I WISH AND THEN TAKE A NAP ON THE GROUNDS THAT I AM TIRED. DO WE TAKE CARE OF THE BIKE LIKE OURSELVES? I BOUGHT THE SAME VEHICLE LAST YR ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE YEAR.MY E BIKE HAS DONE 8344 Kms.THAT TOO WITHOUT ANY SERVICE. SINCE THE RESELLER IS ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THE MECHANIC. DURING THE WHOLE TENURE OF LAST FIFTEEN MONTHS THE VEHICLE GOT PUNCTURED FOUR TIMES AND I HAD TO WALK WITH IT FOR ABOUT FOUR Kms. IN THE HOT SUNNY WEATHER FOR REPAIRS. THEREFORE IN THE CONCLUSION IT CAN BE SAID THAT THE VEHICLE PERFORMANCE DEPENDS UPON US AS WELL BESIDES THE RESELLER.
