Very Very worst service
I had brought a "ULTRA MOTOR VELOCITY' e bike in Nandigama on[protected]. After 8 months service point is taken off from Nandigama. There is no problem with our bike for 9 months from the date of purchase. I got up to 2500Kms. After traveling 2500Kms the mileage is 5-10Kms/Full charge. I complained to Vijayawada branch. Worst Ebike..Think 1000 times before you buy
I like to share ebikes are how useless and the worst dealer service. In April 2008, I bought Ultra Velociti for 37000. and in November 2008, My vehicle was just done 700kms and I gave it to dealer for second service during September. He broke the seat and after my complaint he didn’t change the 200Rs.part for fixing. Instead he welded it for 20Rs.
