Dear Team Even after repeated reminders I have still not received any revert for my Complain.Such negligence on your part pains me allot. If this is the way a reputed concern behaves with the customers then I feel the same would be the case with a majority of the clients. Gone are the days when the focus of any business was sales. In this cut throat competitive market where lot of companies are fighting over a large piece of market share, the service provided by you is poor. So my experience with Unicon Investment Solutions is now turning from bad to worse. Firstly your employee done trading in my account without my intimation. And at your end replied that it is in under process after past thirty days it means the staff is not equiped to handle customer grievances. Also I would like to inform you that in a town like Panipat which is small, a bad word of mouth publicity will earn a bad name for your company and effect your sales adversley. I am of the opinioin that such an act of mishandling of a client is unethical and against a prudent bussiness practice. I am also working in service sector and I understand and acknowledge customer satisfaction and customer delight. So I request to handle my complaint and reply me at the earliest.
