Team, On 26th-June, first comments were added, after that Unicon & Eros have woken up.
Chq. of Rs.1 lakh was given on 27th-May.
After that there was no communication, neither from Unicon nor from Eros.
Yesterday, I had recd. the letter for the balance 10% payment(AND THE NEWS IS THAT THE INTEREST IS BEING CHARGED ON THE SAME).
No one talks about the 1.5% discount letter & loan.
Giving 10% is not a problem, but atleast share the Court NOC for Eros Sampoornam.
And why is the interest being charged, when I had recd. the letter yesterday only, that too after my follow ups only.

10% money has been deposited, still no allotment letter recd.
Unicorn is neither refunding money nor are they reverting back on mails.

Good to listen that Eros will not pay any interest on customers deposit, if we want refund.

I spoke to Mr.Aman Bhardwaj on [protected], for my refund process.
On asking about the interest on my deposit, I was told by Mr.Aman that there will be no interest paid on the deposit.
On asking for the contact no. of seniors, so that more clarity can be acquired, your mail Id was shared that too very hesitantly & was told that contact no. can not be provided.
If I need to speak to any of the seniors, I will have to visit N.Place, New Delhi office only.
Request you to clarify as to why I will not get the interest on my deposit,
When Eros can ask for interest of 18% on any of the payments, than customer should also get the same rate of interest.
First Unicon will make you have the money paid with all lucrative rates which will be fake & later when customer wants refund, Eros will not give you any interest on your deposit.
Eros is neither able to provide flat nor they are refunding money+ interest.
I am not even sure that after the dispute of Eros Sampoornam gets resolved, by what rate I would be making the payments to Eros.
Pls. provide clarity ASAP.
