[Resolved] Unicon Real Estate — Fraud Credit Notes | |||
I and my uncle purchased flats from Unicon Real Estate, Noida. We made the timely payment also. Unicon gave us credit notes of rupees 240000 in 2011, till now our amount has not been given back to us. They are saying that the builder has not released the payment and the builder is saying that he has already released the payment to Unicon. Its been 2.5 years that I am struggling to get my payment but they are not ready to give the same. Please help me get my payment, I have original credit notes from Unicon. Unicon gave us credit notes of rupees 240000 in 2011, till now our amount has not been given back to us. They are saying that the builder has not released the payment and the builder is saying that he has already released the payment to Unicon.
