Unicon Securities Pvt. ltd — not getting august 2008 salary and ful & final payment

Dear sir/ madam,

My name is sumit arora. I used to work with Unicon Secities pvt. ltd as Relationship Manager { karol bagh joining afer shifted to janak puri branch}. My emp. code is ussb6462. Actually I left the job from Unicon Securities pvt. ltd on the date of 4th sep. 2008 and they had not given my august 08 month. I had talked to hr ms. sapna sharma and she said to me your salary will come in ful and final payment after 2 months. then I had said to her ok no problem. after giving period they had issued a cheque of Rs. 10643/-. I had said to her that my salary is 17000/- and you have issued only Rs. 10643. then she said to me that by mistake your cheque is issued of this amount and she said please return to your cheque then i will give you after 14 days. after that I have given to her my ful and final cheque. mean time I have called up to ms. sapna sharma and she said to me that your salary cheque will not come. I have send lots of mail but They are not replieng I am very harras to unicon securities pvt. ltd. All the hr and seniors and giving me reply to this matter.

Please look in to this matter. I will be very thankful to you.

Sir, Generally Unicon pays the salary to their staff on time but i think you are in the sales and marketing and not achieved the target and unicon pays the salary on performance based

But as you attended the office for one month at least they should pay you the salary. You may write to seniors

my name is javeed ahmad my employment code is uipl 8412 . i was woking with unicon issurence advisory pvt ltd at srinagar branch as relationship managar, 3 months ago i resigned from the company . i had two months salery pendind with the company . i was asked by HR to send ECF . i sent ECF but stlll my sallery was not issued . two weak ago i called to HR depatment they informed me that my cheque has been dispatched .but when i inquired about that cheque i did not find it . i again called to HR department they asked me that they will inquere about the cheque but it was all fabricated . the r just cheeting innocent people . now they don`t pic up phones . this is disgusting on part of this company . i`ll approch to court and media . i got cheeted but i don`t want any other to get cheeted by this fabricated company.
