[Resolved]  Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd — Non settlement of my account

Client Code with broker MR208..I had invested more than 6.30lacs in my Deamat a/c at Meerut branch.

In Jan08 I had cash holding of more than Rs 2lac.
And more than 2lac credit balance.

I purchased some future within my credit balance.

As a matter of surprise I came to know in Jan08
during market crash to pay 1.63 lac as M&M.

1)I paid Rs 1lac and asked Mr Pramod/Atul to square off future holdings and part of cash holding, as I did not have money.

2)But as a matter of surprise after 3days, I came to know that due to some technical reason, unicon RMS has not squared off and a debit of Rs 2lac is standing.

3)Without any confirmation/without my knowledge, trades have been executed by Unicon official and putting my account
in negative balance.And messaging me everyday to pay
2.09lacs.

4)I took a loan of Rs 5lacs for trading for which I am paying Rs 13665 emi/mth.

5)But due to Unicon securities, I have lost everything.It has become difficult to run my livelihood.

Kindly get me some compensation or balance left on the day
when Unicon did not square off despit of my instructions.

I am going through big mental stress.Please provide me solution.
So far not received any response, despite of several mails.

Ihave given a request for share transfer to my Religare Securities a/c at ur cp office to Mr. Kuldip Sharma but nobody taking any intiative & gives me a contact no to talk regarding my shares transfer so I would request u pls take initiative to my transfer querry.

Unicon wala sala pura chor hai.
Customer ko vi marta hai our employee ko vi marta hai, business kom hone ki karon se salary hold korta hain, uski bad pura chot kor deta hain. Main Lake Town Branch main tha. Oha por Territory Manager hai Ravi Ganeriwal our Branch Manager hai Ankhi Ganeriwal, dono husband wife hain, our dono milke employee logo ka poisa firstly hold, secondly resignation, thirdly absconding, fourthly salary cheque ko H.O. bapas korta hai, dikhata hai H.O.ko jo hum kitna accha kam korte hai, business kom hua esi lia ak employee ko 2 month kam karake uska poisa na deke company ko profit dila dia, lekin jo business usne dala uska revenue kha lia.
Uha por fixed salary bolta hain, lekin nehi deta hai, uha por kam korne ke liye koi mot jana. Pura cheating baz company hain ea Unicon.

Due to mishandling of my all investments in Unicon, my invested fund has been grossly mishandled by your unscrupulous employee (RM - G Chaubey) resulting in loss of more than fifty percent of my hard earned money.
The main purpose of writing you this mail is to draw your attention towards the losses reflecting in your statement of accounts and statement furnished to me through mail/phone by G Chaubey RM. When I had invested my hard earned money IN GOOD FAITH with Unicon
Ltd., than why my hard earned money has been grossly mishandled and why I suffer the loss. There is nothing mentioned in agreement that your RM will start stock trading on his own and after a certain period when I asked about it, I was given two statement of accounts one from noida and one from Conn. Place Branch. Both are not at all matching, and on enquiry I got to my shock that I have suffered loss, without being in my knowledge/consent ?

never ever my consent has been taken for any trading.
Since my husband Mr Tej Malviya has met you and explained in full detail the whole act of fraud, cheating, mishandling, breach of faith, misuse of my fund, this is total breach of contract with me and Unicon.
I hereby demand all my money back plus claim revenues I would have gained by proper trading. Kindly bring the RM to book and compensate me as I have already requested.

Hope for a fair judgement from Unicon India P ltd., settle my account at the earliest and inform me accordingly. I have already furnished all available evidence before you.

No progress has been made in my case. no courier. I am surprised a courier in Delhi doesn't reaches in one WEEK.
No response comes even after repeated telephone calls. People are offering better offers. Kindly Wrap all the affairs and send all papers relating to demat a/c. You take it we are no longer interestd with unicon.

amount reimbursement mt A/C

my client id I13653 was my amount was blocked by them around 2500..tollfree no was not working and even land line nos also not working its pathatic for me.almost three months gone has this problem was started.
