Not transferring shares to my demat accounts

I holding 100 shares of NTPC, 100 shares of Cipla and dividend balance of Rs. 1425/- After repeated request by mail to get my shares no response from unicorn. I also called but no response in phone.

i have sent complain form to nse on 25 nov. 2014 as advised by unicon. till d date i hv neither recd. ackmnt. nor any sms from nse. while i just came to know that d stocks are being transferred to smc global directly and kit from smc global is being sent to d clients. is it true? if so, then please guide me what should i do. my contact no. is [protected]

I hadhad book flat in Siddhartha NCR GREEN project through UNICON on 14Aug 2010. That time Unicon promissed me to pay back 6% of basic cost of flat. After that i am continously following up with Unicon, but every time i got the reponse like "your chech is uunder process/ money from builder Is not received/ and so on. Now all phone no are out of service.
