Union Public Service Commission / Civil Services (Pre) Examination, 2009 — Admission Certificate Not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have not received my admit card nor any acknowledgment from UPSC for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2009. I tried calling upsc office but I'm not able to get through. Please help me to get the Admission Certificate or Another chance to sit in the exam next year?
