Its pleasure to see more members joining this group...

Launched Unihome Chennai in September 2009 and supposed to complete in March 2012 (including 6 months grace period), now its September 2013, nearing FOUR years of completion. Only handedd over upto tower 12 and Till now no answers when they will complete Unihome-1 and handover possession of other towers .

The verdict by Apex court Gurgaon against Unitech will give the answers for the way Unitech is cheating the clients... The link below will give you the courage to approach Consumer Redressal forum to get compensation...

Six (6) members have already complained to CREDAI and CCI, and latest to Tamilnadu Chief Minister grievance cell, where the investigation is going on. Already some members in talk with the media and many are ready to approach Consumer court to get the rental compensation and compensation in terms of the mental agony they are facing...

Please do support to get the compensation and to get the project completed at the earliest...
Those who join to invest in UNITECH, Beware, Think several times before you invest your money...

Even i too check with Unitech and they are asking me to pay 18% interest which i have pending amount.it is not far at all.because till now there is no confirmation date for handing over the house and as of november as per aggremnet they need to hand over the house. but they are telling it will take next november 2014.so as per them delay will they pay 18% interest which we have paid. and they said that we will pay penaly per square feet 5 Rs.is it worth?.

Plz group the people who have invested and need to take some legal action against this people.simply this people using brand name cheeting the people and staffs are not behaving good and there no clear update on the progress.

so plz join all who have invested and need to take some action against this people othere our hard earn money simply lie in this property owners and is any body got details so on date your house is going to be handover?
nothing is clear so how long we can keep quite and so join all and need to take some action.

I bought house in apartment with construction linked scheme in Chennai, At the time of purchase the builder has promised that construction to be completed within 24 months and open car parking will be allotted in future. but now almost going to complete 3 years but still in the stage of commencement of project and So far I have paid 50% of apartment value. In the document mentioned construction period - 3 years or 6 months or as applicable and in the document not mentioned any car parking area.

If I am asking the above issues, they not giving proper reply.
