My ATM card has been retained by the Bank (during 1st week of March 2011) owing to the security measures for exceeding PIN retry.
Meanwhile, I have tried several times with the bank authorities to restart my ATM service. However all my efforts are gone futile and even after 8 weeks of card retention, I am still being deprived of the services.
My application is still with the branch pending for resolution and there is no response from the Bank officials.
Does it really take so much time to resolve a issue of such order.
I request the Bank to reset my ATM services at earliest in view of the Banks reputation and obligation towards better Customer Services. Was this information helpful? |
