The above poor students tried many times & requested the Manager, United Bank of India, Leader Road, Allahabad U.P. to open the accounts for draw the Government Scholarship for Poor students but he denied opening the Accounts due to the reasons best Known to him.
I, therefore request you Sir, to issue necessary instructions to him to open the Accounts of the above poor students.
