[Resolved]  United Cargo Packers & Movers — Parcel Damaged and Insurance claim

I have transferred my goods ( Including Computer, Household items & books) from Noida to Bangalore. My docket no is 267 & the date of booking is 17th July 2008. They said by the time of booking that they will deliver the goods within 7 days.. But they delivered my goods after 13 days after I called them continuously. By that time I recevied my goods, I found that my computer CPU is fully damaged & I signed with the note of "Received with damage".. I'm trying to claim my insurance, but nobody is helping from the United cargo packers side.. They are not picking the call & even some times they are saying that they will get back to me, but they never called me back..I have sent couple of e-mails as well regarding the same & there was no response... I'm planning to file a case against them in consumer court if they didn't get back to me within 15 days of time from now...
