I sent the luggages by orange Cargo from Amalapuram to madurai on 09/02/2024. Day(20/02/2024) i received with damaged condition. I asked for reason, very worst response got from Amalapuram office agent Srinivas, lot of product's damaged.they are poor handling ...i added proof also...without my permission they opened the boxes which i have packed already and repacked it improperly...they have not use them own even single cello tape...

This is in reference to attached bill and insurance towards shifting of household material executed by DTDC Cargo Packers & Movers team on dated 01st July 2022 from Faridabad to Meerut. It is to update you that we have found below belonging are missed/damaged from the Pkgs as these were not properly packed and handled by them. Matter has been taken up many times with their team Member / Coordinator Mr Vinod Mob No – [protected] but no concrete response received till now however keeping faith on their renowned name I have settled all the bills pertaining to their works. It is also to be noted that due to improper handling my sofa set also got damaged while shifting. Pls investigate the matter and arrange to settle.

1) Bed Sheet – 15 Nos ( New Packet)
2) Crockery set – 1 No
3) Woollen cloth - Sweater – 5 Nos & Jacket – 1 No
4) Yoga Met – 2 Nos

I have paid for insurance. They have damaged my few goods now they are running and hiding by not answering my calls and blocking me. They are rude and doesn't have manners how to talk to a person. I have proper pic and I am unable to add below .

Dear I just sent the document to you now, I was informed at the embassy that you should contact the customer officer number on the document early morning for directions on how to get all that I have sent you okay.

They took my vehicle and bags and then in the night they were calling at 11pm they will going to charge this much. When they took the bags at that time only they have to tell the prices rather then taking the luggage and the night telling the prices.. This is really unprofessional... I told them i will take my bags back tomorrow they they were telling please bring 350rs and take the bags...

This is really very very worst service. They are fully cheating persons. Plz dont use this service. Full payment collected at the time of loading.
They are collected cash for all of these below:
1. Packing
2. Loading
3. Transporting
4. Unloading
5. Gst
6. Insurance
As per quotation they said no additional will be charged. But after loading they all ask again extra too much charges. Even we paid they are not done anything properly.

They only fixed delivery time but material will not received proper time. Things recieved after 3 or 4 days of actual delivery time. And we have to call 1000 times to them.
Cost will be charged for that above list. But they are not done packing, unloading anything. We have to do packing and unloading with our private persons.

Things came with only driver. No persons will come for unloading. They are great criminals. And half of the things missing. They are not taking any responsibility thatswhile they're collected cash before unloading. They are not even speak a single true word.

Am Aaron G Johns, i have asked dhl to shift my bike from bangalore to pathanamthitta. Vijendra Singh was the peraon who talked to me, he told its door pickup and delivery. The bike reached at kottayam, Which is 70 kms far from pathanamthitta.
More than that, he charged 1800 rs extra and when i called him, he abused me in hindi and told, i[censored] need to shift bike from here u have to pay, today i recieved my bike, that is why a sharing this incident.

My grandpa has booked a service to move all his household things which has to be shifted to hyd from mumbai and later we contacted prestige cargo packers n movers on last thursday 3 may 2018. After dat the pple came to them n started packing things n started boarding all packages to the track and they had to delivered it on tuesday morning (I. E 8 may 2018) soo wantedly or unwantedly the person who borderd packages from mumbai has to deliver the things bt he couldn't do dat in the middle of the journey he bordered all the packages into another truck which was containing all the chemical drums by dat all our things got chemicalized n got damaged nw if we r trying to solve this n trying to contact manger of prestige corgo he was z nt at all responding n nt at all lifting the calls soo plz i just want to say dat not to trust the service it may loss u it sel[censored]nprofessional service n waste of money n even ve had a insurance vith them

Hi, i hired perfect cargo movers and packers to shift my stuff from gurgaon to banglore. I had new ac, activa. Fridge, double bed everything, approx 3 lac cost . they said they will deliver my luggage in a weak and after that they stopped picking up my call. After 3-4 days i asked my relative to go to their office. To my supprise no office was there, i searches their contacg number on google and found many complaints online regarding the same movers and packers, i have lost all my stuff, memories everything . please help.me

I have given the assignment of shifting my house holds from delhi to raipur (chhattisgarh). the workers of vishal cargo take all the house holds fom my house punjabi bagh on 22.06.2016 at the time of loading goods they promised me with 7-10 days ur all goods will deliver at ur home in raipur and on the day of 7 june they delivered some of goods but not all goods. at the time of loading some goods not numbering by them and till date some goods till date not delivered and whenever i ask for delivery the goods always said on raipur root there is no cargo available whenever available they will send.

I am continuing following up but not getting the satisfactory answer.

Not given a date for delivery. they are trying to fraud and taking the work from customers by wrong commitments and even the drivers of truck also said that the reputation of this vishal cargo not good and it is its routine feature.

So i request u to take the necessary steps for the same and the goods not dlivered by them pls send me at my home in raipur and also the compensation and till date what i have faced the problem due to non delivery of goods at least rs. 2, 00, 000 as compensation.

I talked to Mr sunil([protected])of Central Cargo Packers and Movers(Bangalore) for shifting of my goods to kolkata from bangalore on 24 April 2012.We had finalized the deal at Rs 8000.During packing of my goods they damaged my Refrigerator's compressor.After which I called Mr.Sunil and he started showing his true color.He said that damage will be covered under insurance and you will have to pay RS10000,initially the price was not including insurance and service tax (This is not true,he asked me about my goods value then he said 8000 that included everything service tax and insurance).Then I said that previously you said Rs8000 then he started disagreeing with me and said if you want then you can take our service or pay us RS2000 for just visiting at the site.My friend at the site asked them in polite way for the deduction in the damage caused as it would not be covered under insurance.Packers and Movers guy started using abusive language for my friends and said that whatever you want you can do but we will not give you any compensation or your luggage back without Rs10000.In this hot talk one of the guy got pushed away from my friend's hand.Watching the situation Packers and Movers guy said that it was not their mistake but Sunil mistake and sunil misguided you.After some settlements it was agreed by them that on 6thOf May 2012 goods will be delivered to the location and money will be taken after delivery and they gave in written that they had damaged the compressor.Very Next day I got called from Mr sunil asking to transfer money to his account otherwise he will not give us the goods and shouted at me that do whatever you want he is not afraid of anyone and talked in very rude manner.Later on after research on Internet I found that this man(Mr sunil) is doing the same with many people. Please take proper action against this packers and movers and help me in acquiring my goods.

This is in reference to my car Fiat Siena ELX bearing registration no. MHO1Y- 7514.
I had handed over the car to the representative of " Central Cargo packers and movers " on 30th May 2011 after making complete payment of Rs. 10,800 and with 15 litres of petrol in the car and Rs.300 for the driver in case extra fuel is required on the way to Taloja where the car would be apparently loaded in the container.
The car was to be delivered from Vasai, Maharashtra to Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Consignment note no. 8645. I was assured by Ms.Sharma of Central Cargo packers and Movers ( apparently the owner ) that the car would be delivered on the 04th or 05th of June 2011.
As of date, on 12th June 2011, the car has still not been delivered to me. I have been provided misleading and false information about the status of the car and the delivery date of the car by Mr.Ravi of the same company.
I was required to have the car here latest by 10th June 2011 as I had promised one of my relatives to provide the car for a very important function. The unprofessional and lethargic attitude of Central cargo packers and movers has caused me a lot of mental stress, anxiety and loss of reputation. I still don't know where is my car and in what condition ? I donot know when I will receive it as I have lost trust in the stories that are being given by Mr.Ravi.

Sir i have booked my consignment note vide no. Kol/1245 Dated 27/10/2010., I have booked my Household items for 80 packages of goods from C3M1-413 CMDA Nagar Barrackpore ,West Bengal -700121. To Qtr No. Type –V -51 HAL Township ,Ojhar , Nasik , Maharastra-422207 .and paid Rs.40000/- .But after repeated enquires through phone to Mr.Chaudhury ([protected])and Mr.Ajay Sharma ([protected]) and Mr.Sandip([protected]) I could not get any information regarding reaching of Lorry No. MH-04-DK-2050 upto 07th November 2010.Finally I have received one SMS from Sri.Ajay Sharma on 08/11/2010 that Rs.40,000/- to be paid through Bank A/c no.[protected] of ICICI and I was told over ph that otherwise items will not delivered from VIWANDI near Mumbai , where it was unloaded breaching the terms of condition for non transshipment , .have paid the amount at 11’O clock on 08/11/2010 to the Bank A/C but items was delivered on 10/11/2010 by a lorry MH-15-BJ-2982. In which it is found that only 68 packages are sent in very damaged conditions and 12 packages which includes valuable items like TV and Computers and clothes were not delivered . then and there my friend had emailed to central cargo's customer care and national insurance co.
Till date no money receipts is given to me.Till date no money receipts is given to me.they have not provided any person for unloading and unpacking for which you have charged Rs.2650/.Entire process there is breach of contract from thier side and in addition to that my valuable articles has been stolen/lost by them /thier deputed person.

I recently shifted from Kolkata to Secunderabad in June 2009. I booked my household goods on 9th June 2009 through the central cargo packers and movers. The goods were assured to reach secunderabad by 16th June, 2009. Today, 4th July 2009, the goods have still not been delivered even after almost one month. the company representatives, Ravi (in kolkata), Krishna (in hyderabad) and Rajiv (in Delhi) are vague with their reply and are continuously lying to me about the date when i will get my stuff. whenever i call they will either not recieve my calls and if i somehow get them on the phone they will give one or other excuse about the reason for not being able to deliver the goods. I am fed up calling them for the last 20 days and very doubtful about the condition of the goods. how can i get them to pay for this deficiency in service and make them deliver my goods in intact condition.

Would like to bring to your notice & caution you all against the existence of a fradulent, corrupt movers and packers company by the name of- CENTRAL CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS I wanted to Shift from Mumbai to Bangalore and i approached CENTRAL CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS since they were ISO certified. The Mumbai incharge Ajay Sharma gave a quotation and also a CD which showed how they would be making their packing. Since i haven't never seen any packers before i fell it. It was agreed that the Packing would happen on 25-Dec-2008 (Thursday) to the goods would be delivered on 28-Dec-2008 (Sunday).

On 25-Dec-2008 when the people came for packing at 11.30 AM (the promised time was 10.00 AM) they came with totally 10 cartains to pack a entire house. I was totally amused by this when i asked they said that it would be enough. Later as the day progressed they realised that they would require atleast 30 more and it delayed the process. The way the packing was done was pathetic and the packers had no respect to elderly people. The entire day i had to fight with them and it was very exhaustive. Then came the next surprise, they had acquired a small tempo travel to take the household items. I was furious and blasted the prople. Later after an hour they arranged for a bigger container. Some how they managed to get the items loaded by 5.30 PM.

I complained to the Mumbai Manager/Incharge Ajay Sharma about the service and the behaviour of his people, to which he said that he will ask his workers to apologies. But no such thing happened.

Keeping my hopes on these people i left to Bangalore. Until saturday (27-Dec-2008) evening i didnt get any call about the status, so i called up the Bangalore incharge Mr. Sunil Sharma whom i was asked to call, his irresponsible response was that he doesn't have a update. So i had to call up Ajay Sharma again who directed me to Mr. Vijay Nair (Head of Transport Incharge), he told me that the vichele had some problem and the goods would reach only on Monday. He said that he would be updating about the status on Sunday evening. I was little worried but then too i made up my mind and waited for their update.

Until Sunday (28-Dec-2008) 8 pm i didnt get any call. So i called the Mr. Vijay Nair, who didnt respond to me. I started panicing. Then on monday(29-Dec-2008) i kept repeatedly calling up these people, but they didnt respond.

Finally Mr. Vijay spoke and told me that there too many checking happening in the vicheles that are coming from mumbai due to the terriosit attack. I said " thats all fine, why isn't this communicated to me until i made the call, why do i have to call you everytime" The simple response was " it is your goods so you have to follow up " I was taken a back by this comment, i got hyper and started shouting at them and said that if this is the service that you are providing then you will lose on your business. The reponse to that from Mr. Vijay Nair was, if business goes then we will close the company and start something new. My jaws dropped to the feet. I didnt know what to say after this response. I hung up the call.

That evening Mr. Sunil Sharma, called up and said that good would reach by Max tuesday (30-Dec-2008) 12 Pm. Going by that i waited for it on tuesday, the clock kept ticking but the good didnt come until 5. I kept calling Mr.Ajay, Vijay, Sunil. None of them responded. When ever i called them in their mobile, somebody would pick up and say they have gone to delhi/busy in a meeting/he has not come to office.
I was totally irritated. So i asked one of my friend to call them from a different number. At that time Mr.Ajay, Vijay, Sunil picked up the call and spoke. I didnt know why these people were playing.

My goods finally came on wednesday(31-Dec-2008) at 4.30 PM. I had paid 2500 extra for unpacking as i had a elderly mom and granny, but i was taken a pack when the workers refused to unpack. This was clearly mentioned in the Quotation. I called up Mr. Sunil who said that they cant do the unpacking and i can do whatever i want. I spent 3 days to do the unpacking. I felt totally cheated by these people.

Finally the big surprise, my Sofa come bed was missing which costs around 6000. The people told me that it might have got loaded on to a delhi container. I was informed that i will updated about this, but till date no response. So i called up today (17-Jan-2008) Mr. Sunil and to that his response was that he would pay Rs. 500 has compensation as he doesn't have an update on where the item is.

I was mentally so exhuasted by this experience. I had to take 10 days holiday from office bcos of this.

CENTRAL CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS are cheaters, irresponsible, no customer services, bad quality in service and over all they dont know to respect their customer.

I dont know whether this forum would help me in anyways, but i hope someone else whould be saved by seeing my aweful experience and would not opt for CENTRAL CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS.
