Sub: " Violation of the " BY-LAWS " – New construction of house at Site No... Next to vinayaka provision store, 8 Th Main, Near Army Land Road, Sadananda Nagar, Bangalore- 38, Ward No. 84.
With reference to the above, there is new construction been done in above mentioned site address, which is been done in violation of the BBMP bylaws. There are not leaving the required setback/Space surrounding the Building as mentioned in the bylaws and approved BBMP Sanction plan .
Therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that the construction is done as per the By Laws .
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Respected sir,
Kindly refer to my previous letter dated 27/08/09 (attested with this letter).
Inspite of me insisting that I do not want a window touching my site,
my neighbour has done that. I want you to inspect his plan and take immediate action against him. I have obliged against my wishes to build a wall touching my building.
Taking undue advantage of that he has placed a glass window which I strongly object on the same extended portion.
Why has no action been taken till now?? Has anybody checked if he has constructed the building as per the sanctioned plan??
Since no positive action has been taken in this matter until now I am forwarding a copy of this letter and my previous letter to the Commissioner and to the BBMP vigilance department.
