Unknown Number — Account deducted after receiving call from number [protected]

Hi,

After recieving call from the number [protected] from my balance of Rs. 40 was deducted. It diverted the call and after disconnection i saw 40 Rs deducted even for recieving. It also happened with one more number which starts from +22. Please let me know how to get rid of these type of calls.

Or anybody tell me how to complain against these type of Fake callers or Bar the calls.

Now a days i totally started ignoring all unknown which might be from known person.

Please help me in this regard.
