[Resolved]  UP STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD — Irregularities in Bill Payments

Dear Sir
To my utter surprise even being a regular consumer of your deptt. and paying all dues in time the service provided is most dis-satisfactory, on top of it the behavior of the the dealing officials are even worse.
I beg to submit you that I'm a consumer of Book No1106 Connection No 424683 reached my billing center as the online payment gateway is not functional proper on 19/02/2012 at 1200hrs for bill payment for the month of Feb 2012, The dealing assistants were busy in working on their new mobile phone and stating that the computer system is non functional on repeated request for the the bill amount enquiry by me one of them started uttering non-constitutional language, left his seat and went out of the counterl asking all consumers waiting for the same purpose to visit next day for bill submission.
Sir I once again humbly request you to see to the matter seriously and resolve the problem of such consumer handling as it's also the reputation of the department as-well the State Govt.
