Dear Sir
To my utter surprise even being a regular consumer of your deptt. and paying all dues in time the service provided is most dis-satisfactory, on top of it the behavior of the the dealing officials are even worse.
I beg to submit you that I'm a consumer of Book No1106 Connection No 424683 reached my billing center as the online payment gateway is not functional proper on 19/02/2012 at 1200hrs for bill payment...
To my utter surprise even being a regular consumer of your deptt. and paying all dues in time the service provided is most dis-satisfactory, on top of it the behavior of the the dealing officials are even worse.

I am ramLakhan singh, I had take House connection elctric. problem is my connection is broken by our villager and they are running many equepment bithout any connection. when i complain the department but they not take any action for.
