I have ordered a book order number :54866, book name "Marketing Knowledge (For Various Competitive Exams., Especially for Banking Services)"on October 20, 2012, total amount for this book is Rs. 90 and for shipping Rs. 20 total Rs. 110 through debit card. but till now the book is not delivered as per company withing 5-7 days will take to deliver the book. I call on company customer care no Ph: +[protected]/66 but there was not any suitable answer from other side. I was also send several mails but there is no reply. publisher mail is- [protected]@upkar.in. I attach below print out of the bill from upkar prakashan.

Hello my name is Mahesh .i have ordered 3 books online through upkar.com on 9 th dec 2014 and same day payment is done using debit card.my order id is 137939 .i am not getting any information regarding the expected date of delivery etc.when i tried to call customer care everytime is busy.no communication from upkar prakashan .i make online payment of 560 rs for these 3 books and such a poor service..please help

I have order a 4 books from upkar publication website for a total 504rs but One book from my order no UP/102990 not received...book code 2001 not received ...had complained about my order as I received a book in my hand @ [protected]@upkar...no reply at all...this is bad service for students when they have to study and such things happen..I have a trust on upkar publication...but this service of delivering half books to customer is unfortunate. You get paid first for the books and then you deliver the books but this was not expected by the upkar publication delivering half books. hope they solve my problems and deliver my one book which was not delivered to me. Looking for reply of my order.

I got the query solved by phone... Actually the book was out of stock and they was unable to deliver the book and as there is stock book is delivered me now...so now there is no complaints anymore...Thanks upkar publication...so I request to close my complaint...No more complaint about upkar...
