I have ordered two UGC NET POLITICAL SCIENCE PAPER 2 books from Upkar.in website. I have made payment through online. Payment was for 540 rs. Payment was made on 31 August 2021. Today is 4th September. Still they have not sent me any books. There's no response from them about my order. My order ID is UP153778. Please help me. I have ordered these books from a guest account. So, I can't track the progress on my order. They are not giving reply...

I have ordered a book order number :54866, book name "Marketing Knowledge (For Various Competitive Exams., Especially for Banking Services)"on October 20, 2012, total amount for this book is Rs. 90 and for shipping Rs. 20 total Rs. 110 through debit card. but till now the book is not delivered as per company withing 5-7 days will take to deliver the book.
