Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that the electronic meter was
installed in our flat in month of Nov-2009. It was installed when we
are out of town. On returning we noticed that meter was not displaying
the reading (hanged).We informed about the meter to the electricity
department and our complaint was registered on dated 07 Jan 2010. My
complaint indent no is 2413. We have done many follow ups at the
department and no positive action has been taken yet (last one year).
We are getting default bill of Rs. 2300 every month which is more than
our usage and we have been paying it regularly.

Some people of the department say that if we pay them Rs. 10,000 they
will get the meter installed instantly with- in 2-3 days. This make
its clear there is no scarcity of meters.

They refuse to change the meter even after my complaints.

So this is my sincere request to you to kindly look into the matter
and get the new meter installed in our premises.
