This is to inform you that I have applied for new meter connection via application number [protected] on Aug 23 and all paper'works and documents is already submitted online
Necessary charges has been already paid online but still meter is not installed due to which we are facing lot of issues
Request to install meter urgently...

I am residing at House No.241 Ram Nagar, Behind Nehru Yuva Kenda Ghaziabad. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that the Electricity pole with a bunch of wires to be touch my house due to bend of the pole. It may cause sparking/current in the house and it is very unsafe for the family members.

Sir, I request you to look and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible. It would be very thankful if you co-operate with us.

    Dear Sir,
    This is in reference to the problem of continuous flow of very low voltage in the area of Rehmai Chowk, Behind Mandi Samiti, Habibgarh Road, Saharanpur-247001 (U.P). The complaint has been forwarded to the concerned Sub Division Officer along with many phone calls made at the Sub Station. Sorry to say that there is no response from the authorities. Due to continuous flow of very low voltage we are finding it impossible to run our industries depending on electricity.
    Our machineries are not running at full potential due to this problem the consumption of electricity has increased and the bill amount also has increased simultaneously. The problem of low voltage leaves heavy load on the transformer that could damage the same.
    You are kindly requested to release orders in regards the complaint to the concerned authorities for a quick response.

      We pay our bill online . Now UPPCL worker says why are you paying online you can submit the bill to him and if you done do that he will give meter reading whatever he want . Since then he is not coming to get the meter reading he just put random reading and we get the bill.
      last month we went to electricity office they said your bill is 4200 and pay 4200 and matter will be closed . how would we know it was correct .

      this month that babu said you bill is showing 17000.
      Please look into this matter .

        Defect in calculation method of netmeter billing. Ex if a consumer produce electricty in jan ie export 150 unit and consume ie import 100 unit the bill for this month will be generated for fixed charges and the surplus of 50 unit will not be carried forward to next month of feb say if in this month export is 100 and import is 150 a bill for 50 unit plus fixed charges will be generated and the surplus of last month will not be considered. If it is taken into account the bill for feb will be for zero unit instead of 50 unit. Thus uppcl is recovering excess amount from cosumer this should be checked and corrected.

          Dear Sir My A/c No.[protected]. The department installed the old meter which already had 5851 units. After my consumption the units became 6140. The department has made my bill for 6140 units instead of 289 units....

          I am Vipan Kumar From Sisaiya Gosain, Datagunj, Budaun(Uttar Pradesh) 243630.
          Sir this Village is suffering with low voltage problem since lot of months. Because the people of our village steal electricity and some people operate heavy load equipment like flour mill and somersable without permission, so I pray that some action should be taken against them at the earliest.

              Bill for consumer no.[protected] is overcharged continuoulsy for last three month, For September meter reading is 9633 and Amount is Rs.34745, for August 2022 meter reading is 9041 and Amount is Rs18352, for July meter reading is 9009 and Amount is Rs.9147.
              Uppcl is continously sending overcharged bill from last three months.
              They have warned that if it is not paid in 10 days meter will be disconnected.

              I would like to bring to your attention regarding the safety concern. In between electrical poles, the high voltage overhead powerline is at a very low height from ground. The safety risk was raised to the concerned authorities and requested to address on high priority as the same could become hazard. The issue should be resolved immediately as this could potentially be a threat to the inhabitants.
