Bill amount in Bill no.[protected] Bill Date[protected] was Rs. 755, but abruptly in January 2024, the Bill amount has gone up to Rs. 31053 due to meter fault/wrong unit calculation in Bill No.[protected] Bill Date[protected]. Even after repetitive requests at the Sector-25 UPPCL Office this has not been corrected till date. Due to which we are not able to clear our actual dues.

I am a resident of Shahberi, Greater Noida (UP), under the jurisdiction o[censored]PPCL/PVVNL, and I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding severe and persistent electricity outages in our area.

For the past several weeks, we have been facing daily power cuts ranging from 8 to 10 hours, without any prior notice or clear schedule. These outages are causing extreme inconvenience to families, students, and businesses alike, especially during peak summer temperatures. This happens every year and we are assured that they are working on a solution for an additional line. For the past 2 years we have been told that they are working on a new Substation.

Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the non-responsiveness and inaccessibility of the Junior Engineer (JE) assigned to the Sudamapuri division.in the past four years, I have made multiple attempts to contact the JE during outages and other electricity-related issues, but not once have my calls been answered or returned. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable and adds to the public frustration.

I request the following:
1. Immediate investigation and resolution of the frequent long-duration power cuts in Shahberi.
2. Accountability and disciplinary action against the JE of Sudamapuri for neglecting public duties.
3. Transparent communication channels for residents to get timely updates about power cuts and restoration.

Please treat this matter with urgency and seriousness. I am also prepared to escalate this complaint to the UPERC and other relevant authorities if the issue remains unresolved.

I am writing to formally bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the delay in the enhancement of the electricity load for our connection under Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam. My name is Rajneesh Sharma, and I am the son of Gudiya Devi, with electricity connection number [protected].
On January 22, 2025, I submitted an online application for a load enhancement and promptly made the requisite payment of ₹1700. However, despite the payment being successfully processed, there has been no progress in increasing the load. In an effort to resolve the matter expeditiously, I submitted a second application on January 27, 2025, along with an additional payment of ₹1700. Regrettably, the load enhancement has still not been effectuated.
I subsequently reached out to customer care for clarification and was provided with the complaint reference number PV[protected]. During my conversation with the representative, Mr. Mohammad Umer Khan, I was reassured that the load enhancement would be completed. However, after a waiting period of two days, when I followed up, and another representative informed me that no further action could be taken from their end.
Given the fact that I have made payments on two separate occasions and the issue remains unresolved, I kindly request your immediate intervention to facilitate the necessary load enhancement. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to ensure the situation is rectified without further delay.

At the site o[censored]PPCL, given phone numbers were called at, but they were found nonfunctional. Why such phone numbers have been shown or given? To make fool of people or higher ups?
It is requested that these phones numbers should be replaced by those phones numbers which work without anymore inconvenience to the public, pl.

I am a resident of secM, aashiana, Lucknow. There was no power supply continuously for 6-7 hours in the night of 17-18june 2024. Power house was not answering calls. As a resident please let me know why was power supply disrupted for so long? How valid are so long power cuts in a capital city?

From past 1-2 weeks the high tension live wire pole near my houses sparks off i dont know maybe coz of High voltage consumption leading to sparks, burst like fire cracker leading to electric outages for 5-6 hours daily. Please find a solution to the issue before any accident takes place .

We're paying bill for urban electricity and getting worse electricuty than rural areas like 4 hours in night and 2 in the mornig and when we call the ower house they say ‘it's like that’ from ramnagar manzoorgarhi aligarh

The bill generated by the Lajo Singh director of Sisodiya Jewellers Pvt Ltd is wrong for the month of May 2024. The past years bill comes approx 9000 to 10000 rupees while the bill of May 2024 is 35494 rupees . The electricity consumption is 12 kilo vat but in the bill it is shown 28.3 kilo vat which is absolutely wrong. The bill details are as under-

I'm writing this just because SDO behavior. Which is not well we are living at "Mithla Vihar colony village Amka Dadri GB Nagar UP-203207" our colony electrified but as per SDO this is not electrified and he had denied to us for electricity connection. I am newly shifted resident of Plot number 157, Gyan Khand 1 . The power has been cut since last 3 hours and the frequency of these power cuts is concerning. I am a student and I am unable to use wifi and my routine is hindered. Add to that I've no number where I can call and inquire the status of the power cut and expected resolution. Please atleast provide beforehand information about the Power cuts and a helpline number where we can forward our inquiry. Not only is this highly unprofessional but also extremely discomfiting for the citizens to bear this. We pay our taxes both direct taxes and indirect taxes, we atleast deserve a proper service and if not we atleast deserve a proper greivance redressal mechanism.
