Respected sir,

I did not receive my engineering services examination - 2009 hall-ticket. I forgot my application number also. Sir, Please enable me to attend the exam by arranging a duplicate hall ticket.
My details are as follows:

Qualification: B.Tech
Stream applied for in Engg services: Electronics And telecommunication engineering

I am also sending a copy of my photo. If arranging a duplicate is not possible, then please suggest a way in which i can take the exam without the hall ticket.

i am s.venkatramanan, sent my application for the UPSC Geologist 2009, but i have not received my acknowledge and even my friends started getting their hall tickets for the exam

sir, this is alka kumari.
i have qualified the upsc written exam 2009 from mechanical engineering (ES).
i have lost my admit card. sir plz mail me a duplicate admit card for the future need.
my roll num is 123597.
i will always be thankful to you for this work..
