The part 2 of registration for Upsc Prelims is not working. Only part 1 registration is working. Kindly work on the same as it is causing inconvenience for those applying online especially when last date for submission is near. Resolve at the earliest.

Hello,

I have been trying since a week. the part 2 registraton link is not working for Civil Services Prelimanary Application.
i have completed the part 1 registration and the last date is 4th April 2013. please help.
