[Resolved]  UPTU Lucknow — MCA Degree not received

I completed my MCA form ABES Engineering college in Jun 2006. I've no back paper during MCA. But till now University has not provided my Degree even my other batch mates have received in year 2007.

I met with controller of exam in NOIDA office in Sept 2007 and he assured me that I'll get my degree within a month. But no result.

I emailed to VC, Registrar, and Controller of Exam several times but there was no reply from any of them.

I sent the application through registered post in June 2009 and again there was no reply.

I asked to Public Information Officer o[censored]niversity by invoking RTI act. But no reply from him/her.
I forwarded my RTI application to First Appellate Authority and State Information Commission but all in vain.

I am still waiting for any reply from any of them. As I am working professional, I've no chance to go to University in Lucknow.

Can any one help me in this regard? Thanks in advance.
