Urogulf offers services for attestation of documents required for applying for work permit in Middle East. Without inquiring about their capability to attest an educational certificate issued in the state o[censored]ttaranchal they asked me courier my original B.Tech certificate. Despite having asked them repeatedly about the procedure quoted by UAE embassy about the need of HRD Ministry's attestation in Dehradun, they turned a deaf ear to my concern. Instead, they had high claims that had done the process thousand times so I was concerned for no reason. They would handle it perfectly. So I sent my document by courier.
The worst part is, Urogulf found out their inability to perform the attestation for me at 6pm on the evening of the day I had deposited my document to the courier guys. However, they did not inform me about the same until 11am next morning. I could have easily stopped the courier from going out and hence averted the possibility of losing my document, had Urogulf informed me as soon as they got the update.
