i have entertained a used car loan with your bank the car loan no is LUJAI[protected] AND I MADE A REQUEST FOR FORECLOSER ON APRIL 6 2010
THEN YOUR BANK ISSUE ME A FORECLOSER AMOUNT RS 31692.90 ON THE SAME DAY. I HAVE DEPOSITED THE SAME AMT ON THE SAME DAY .BUT I COULD NOT GET THE N.O.C. TILL YET .I HAVE APPROACHED MANY TIMES TO YOUR BANK AND CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY SAID THAT THE N.O.C. IS BLOCKED AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TELL ME THE REASON FOR THAT .NOW ITS TO HARD TO ME TO GO THROUGH REQUESTS.WHY DONT I GO THROUGH LEGAL ACTION .THIS IS ONLY WAY TO GET SUCH TYPE OF SERVICES.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM AND DO NEEDFULL OTHERWISE I HAVE TO GO TO BANKING LOKPAL AND CONSUMER COURT.

Used car loan — A manager's reply :
Me and my wife are salaried. We have got a gross salary of Rs 24800/- per month. As per the information i have got from canara bank's website, I have approached canara bank's manacaud branch in trivandrum, kerala (where i maintain my sb account) to avail used car loan. I was informed by the manager that "canara bank does not encourage used car loans". When I informed manager about the information provided in website, it was replied to me that "It is there, but we dont encourage".As I dont want to spend on a new car and the interest rate of canara bank on used car was so attracting, i had approached for it. Is it cheap? or am i not having eligibility to avail loan? Can I have the information that which branch of canara bank in trivandrum encourages used car loan? so that i can approach them. If it is not really encouraged, then why canara bank announces / having such loans? bluffing? Please remove such information from website as well as from other areas. Higher athorities must understand that there are lot of other banks who are ready to provide used car loan.
I really hurt very bad by getting such responds from leading and prestigious canara bank as i thought its "our bank". am going to avail loan from ICICI now.
