[Resolved]  Usha Martin Academy — Denial of refund of fee on cancellation of admission

Respected Sir

I had deposited Rs.20000/- as initial fee for taking admission in MBA course offered by USHA MARTIN ACADEMY, RANCHI, JHARKAND. Now due to some family constrain i am unable to take admission. I had informed institute's authority about my intention. New session Classes are not yet started nor admissions closed by institute.
But they are refusing to refund my deposit. Please let me know if there is any rules o[censored]GS to get back the fee if admission not taken befor the session starts.
