They must have been engaged with their own wish or were compelled to be engaged for financial problem or any other reason for earning money. Most have been from bihar as well as bengoli girls dhanbad location coming from different places - the main thing if they are hacked badly or trapped badly in the name of decent earning or jobs to be given them by the secured media person or dalal.
So the mba girls are misguided by the usha martin academy former faculty or dean of the academics, mrs. Mamta srivastava (The dean of the former academy).
Bihari groups and so many bengoli girls from dhanbad girls hostels, then they are forced to do # business in the name of decent jobs and this lady she is helping to do for some such # business from last 8 years.
Sometimes girls find it easy to entertain the customers in a # business then working heard in hotel, bar or restaurants. Even the bar management supported them,

She has very bad conduct of allegation which we found with the help of students feedback at usha martin academy dhanbad. Some students they mentioned her character is very bad with the help of so many boys students feedback, this lady has very cheap kind of habit like she is always behaving bad to any male gender, throwing the mistake to male gender eagerly want to spoil the name of any male gender.
I want to explain some other matter at dhanbad location - so many girls hostels are there, people is not aware - what is going on? And some girls parents they are not aware there is so many cheap kind of girls hostel are available at (Dhanbad jharkhand location), many opposite gender like lady faculty mamta srivastava doing prostitution business and earning so much money as a decent job? A. V public school (Koyla nagar) and delhi public school (Dhanbad), so many faculties and students they are involed for # racket business and they are doing this businesses at confidentially manner.
We got the report from some media some parents they don’t know there daughter per day basis, they slept with different different male gender and now this is common at (Dhanbad jharkhand location). We have some hope for lady gender is somehow is good but if this cheap kind of lady is there then how could environment is good?
If male gender is doing any nasty kind of work then all opposite gender they are making group to spoil any male gender, making so many police complaint and finding the slogan – (Need justice”)
We have some question to this matter if any female gender is doing any mistake like mamta srivastava? Then why should police is not doing or not ready to take any action?
We the male always has some proofs but we gave always respect to all female gender but this cheap kind of lady faculties taking the advantages to any male gender to spoil the environment or society?

Students feedback :- reported to complaince management to new delhi office. (Received 256 complaint from this lady name)
Mamta srivastava always spoiling the name of any student without any reason, making comment, making rumors etc.
She has lots of harassing complaint, criminal record, making creating, abusing, rumors, fighting from others, and eagerly want to threatening or spoiling the name of any male students.
Some verification is required with the help of lady police and arrest this lady immediately only, we found she has lady groups also who is envolved for prostitution or # business with so many girls at ssnlt college and many groups # chat apps are available where this lady name is also there.
This lady mamta srivastava is doing the businesses last 8 years consistance manner and also earning so many money from third party confidentially manner.
She has very bad character, she is teaching in the class again and again, and showing her blouse seducing to some male gender students and always want to seduce some male gender in the class and making so many facial expression,
For example – sometimes she is adjusting saree infront of male gender in the class only, she is touching again and again her blouse and she is always comfortable to speak with only male gender, she is one of shameless kind of women.
And behaving bad with all male gender and gave always negative feedback against male gender because her intension is to make me happy otherwise i am ready to spoil the name of any decent male gender.
She is not deserve to work in any institution, or any colleges from now onword, we need justice all the prostitution or randi kind of women..
We received so many complaint to this lady at 2014 batch students b. B. A and mba batch student send the letter to the compliance office.
This lady is always behaving bad with any male gender and she does not know how to gave respect to any male gender.
She is slapped some students in the classroom batch mba (2012 to 2017) because some student is not paid the amount at night for # chat business.
Mandatory to arrest this lady and check her last 10 years call history, how many sims she used in last 10 years? How many social network she is using and how many affair she has with last 10 to 12 years?
She is taken so many private tution personally and professionally - she is doing prostitution business also, without the examination this lady gave full marks to some student because she is doing fully prostitution business and those are not paid amount they got less marks at u. G. P. M exam at usha martin academy (As said by some student at usha martin academy.)
And those are not paid full amount then this cheap kind of lady she is making not eligible for so many paper during the 3rd, and 4th semester, this lady has a muscle power (Belong to gundas family).

She has lots of allegation in dhanbad location, right now she is working in verbal & logical faculty cum academic advisor in t. I. M. E. Dhanbad

She is encourages to, so many students in the class, not to attain any classes just paid me the amount to me.
She is caught for many times for doing # with so many boys in different location (Inside the campus as well as outside the campus, different location keep changing), must be, should be necessary to check this lady entire private matters — last 8 to 10 years call history, # chat with strangers in what app messages, facebook private messages, private # messages of different boys, she is dealing with many boys and handling the exposure of # business and earning lots of money in dhanbad location [with national and international clients ].

She is the faculty at time, (Dhanbad), she is the leader of the group, and she is doing a (# business) like with so many boys and call girl agents are also involved in some private groups at what’s upp and earning money. This lady is the agent of broker services and doing # trade business also.

She is playing the life of innocent girls and boys and harassing very badly manner without any reason.
Usha martin management need to take serious action against this lady immediately and please send this matter to the ugc department immediately only, because we want to take a test of this lady mamta srivastava, either this lady is really pure or not, with the help of some test or medical examination. (Need some help from honest lady police officers)
If this kind of lady and girls are there in any college, institute then how could our children getting good behavior sir/ m’am? Please tell me?..
I am requesting you please take some strict action against this lady — mamta sriwastava, she need some punishment immediately only?
She is a (Call girl lady faculty), doing (# chat) with so many boys in the late night and spoiling the name of environment and society.
Earlier also many families and students gave the complaint against this lady behavior she is one of the character less lady, she has some groups to spoil the name of decent person all the time.

She is spoiling a name of innocent boys and girls and making rumors all the time and creating fight and harassing male genders all the time.
I got a news from other student from other colleges and school like dhanbad public school and his son said to some faculty by mistake only - my mother mamta srivastava always staying outside and very less to come in the home and many nights my mother she is there at outside only, she has very bad relationship with my father and always mamta srivastava fighting with his husband - as said by his son from dhanbad public school and his own son said my mother she is coming always late at home, by mistake his son said to some faculty at dhanbad public school,
Whenever his own is asking to her mother mamta srivastava she is saying i have so many classes that’s why she is always coming late to home. (And creating anything)?
Mamta srivastava character with own son and husband is not good at all last 10 years. (Son feedback confidentially to some faculty at dhanbad public school).
The history of this lady behavior before marriage this lady mamta srivastava she is making so many affairs with different person and making always fake engazement and breaking so many relationship..
Mrs. Mamta srivastava she is the student of ssnlt only in the past, she is doing so many affairs with lots of boys and making fake engagement again and again.

Please arrest this lady as soon as possible

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE DEPTH OF THE LETTER AND I REQUEST YOU TO READ IT PATIENTLY

I have deposited Rs 40000/-(Forty Thousands)for POWER MBA course in Kolkata on dated 4th August 2010 , with assurance for arranging HDFC students Education loan for rest of my fees ( Rs 3,60,000/). But HDFC BANK refuses to give the loan & returned my necessary documents within 8 days of applying in pretext of , as my father is working beyond their Geographical Limits (5 km radius). My father repeatedly requested the HDFC bank official to send any field officers at his working place (PHUSRO , state- JHARKHAND) as it is only 35 km from the nearest HDFC BANK (Bokaro Steel City), for having a look where my father works . But HDFC officials at GILLANDER HOUSE, Netaji Subhas Road , near RBI Building, Kolkata 700001 (from where Usha Martin Academy was supposed to deal in sanctioning the education loan purposes ), told that it is their internal policy matter decided by Mumbai Head quarter.
As I didn’t get Education Loan , it is not possible for my father to pay Rs3,60,000/-, so I have joined another course in my hometown and ask my initial deposit of Rs 40000/-( which is a VERY BIGGG Amount for me ) return from USHA MARTIN ACADEMY,SALT LAKE,KOLKATA, But surprisingly, they are refusing to return my money . The admission committee of Usha Martin Academy , Kolkata, is telling that , now there will not be any problem if I again apply for the Education loan and tried to convince my father that if he deposit the initial instalment which is Rs 90,000/-, then definitely the education loan will get pass . ( Now you can assume that what kind of policy they had made !!!)
Earlier , during depositing time of Rs40000/- , Usha Martin Academy gave the same dialogue that there will not be any problem regarding sanctioning of the education loan , Not only this , they repeatedly called me in my mobile , and compelled me to come at the institute within 11th Aug 2010 , or else my seat will be filled up . Hence , it started to crumble in my nerves that I have to arrange Rs 40000/- anyhow or else my seat will get filled up, as I was having the trust in the brand called as Usha Martin Limited , so I cannot leave the seat …. Now this worried me !!!
Thus , my father arranged Rs40000/- cash from one of our relative , and by 11th Aug,2010 , I went over to the institute (Usha Martin Academy, Kolkata) and deposited Rs40000/- cash and got the assurance from them that there will not be any problem in context of loan . But , on one day the HDFC official from Gillander’s house Kolkata called my father and refused to pass the loan due to the reason which I had mentioned above in this letter . Immediately, I called the admission committee in charge and conveyed the problem , but she told that “I will see” . Next day , I again called them , but they told that it will take some time to process . Now , this is the point --- i[censored]sha Martin had got the ties with HDFC , then it would have not been any problem to sanction the loan for HDFC Bank . It means the admission committee first gathered Rs 40000/- from the individual and then tried to make the deal with HDFC people , right ??? Atleast admission committee , should have told to me that , “ still now the deal with HDFC and Usha Martin has not yet started “ , then I would not have deposited my precious Rs 40000/-, as you can well imagine , that demanding any sum of amount either from relative or friend whatever , you have to keep your Prestige and respect at the stake , which my father does at that time when he asked Rs 40000/- from one of our relative . Though, our relative did not have any second thought while giving the money to my father , but due to God’s grace , my father still now did not asked a single penny from anybody . So , respected Sir , you can well imagine the importance of Rs 40000/- for me !!!!
Sir I want to ask from you that , Where is my fault ? Without loan from where I get the money, I repeatedly asking from the admission committee for returning my money back , but they are least interested to listen and giving lame excuses, that they are busy ? Sir , I was not seeing any hope from them regarding the sanctioning of the education loan , as they took a huge ample of my time in dealing with HDFC bank for the same , So without wasting a bit more time I decided to join in other institute (dated- 6th Sept,2010) and started preparing for the MBA entrance exams for the next year,2011 .
Sir I am urging you and your team to arrange to return my money(Rs 40000/-) at the earliest possible , otherwise I shall fee l myself cheated by top brand like Usha Martin Group. ( if there is need to be any surcharge cut by Usha Martin Academy ,then also I do not have any problem, atleast my father will convince himself that we can get minimum Rs 30-35000/-, on cutting the surcharge )

I have complained this to ICRPC & got this reply ............ Now its up to you what to do ???? The institute committed that they will pay the amount of Rs 40000/- on dated 7th Feb,2011 . But , the person whom my father talked is saying that he left the institute and saying that he is Sorry !!! Sir , only sorry does not pay my money isnt it ???? Now please read the letter which I have got from ICRPC ---: Which will help you catalyze the process to next stage and help me in getting the amount with proper interest without any Court related affairs . I HAVE FULL FAITH ON INDIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEMS...............................

NOTICE BEFORE TAKING ACTION AGAINST YOU

Dear Sir,

We have received a complaint against you form your consumer Mr. Abhijit Dubey of Jamshedpur (Tel. No. [protected]) that states as follows:

1) The consumer had paid you Rs. 40,000 against receipt no 451 dated[protected] for admission to Power MBA.

2) You have conducted Unfair Trade Practice under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act by not refunding the full amount to the consumer when he cancelled his admission, and was not interested to join your institute.

3) There is severe deficiency in your services, as you did not refund the amount.

4) Please note that the Supreme Court has clear-cut directions for full fee refund if the student does not want to study in the institute. Accordingly, you need to honour the Supreme Court directions in this context and refund the full amount to the consumer.

Under such circumstances, we request you to refund the full amount with 18% interest within 7 days after the receipt of this notice by you, Also compensate the consumer with Rs. 2,000 for causing losses, inconvenience, mental agony, and harassment due to non-refund of his amount.

If you fail to pay the above amounts, we shall initiate severe action against you seeking full refund with 18% interest and higher compensation of Rs. 1,00,000 for making the student suffer, and depriving him to use this amount to pay fee elsewhere.

All action will be at your costs and risks, which please note.

I had deposited Rs.20000/- as initial fee for taking admission in MBA course offered by USHA MARTIN ACADEMY, RANCHI, JHARKAND. Now due to some family constrain i am unable to take admission. I had informed institute's authority about my intention. New session Classes are not yet started nor admissions closed by institute.
But they are refusing to refund my deposit. Please let me know if there is any...
