[Resolved]  Usha Monoblock Pump — post servicing non return of warranty card and charging money for servicing under warranty

dear sir i have purchased a monoblock pump from joginder and co. however after few days the pump become defective and shown to the vendor who on checking reported that it is working satisfactorily however on again using the motor burned . the same was returned to the vendor who initially was reluctant to take it back, later on he took it and sent it to the service centre at Bareilly as reported by him. after approx one month on visiting the vendor he intimated that motor is repaired but refused to give back the warranty card and asked for service charges and refused to give any bill for the same.in this regard it is pertinent to mention that my resident is approx 30 km from the vendor shop and there being no male member it is highly inconvenient to commute.further the vendor way of dealing with the lady is highly inappropriate and vulgar. your early action in this regard will be highly appreciable. thanking you in anticipation.
