my name is pradeep kumar. I had purchased a USHA MONOBOCK-PUMP model no:2536 on 5/november/2014 my product is in warranty.I have registered a complaint on on 9/february/2015 regarding malfunctioning in pump.its been 4 days the representative gave lame excuse ever time i call they said that their is no approval committed from the head quarter (mumbai), and until and unless we get the approval we will cannot provide you any service...my complain...
