I have surrendered 532 UTI ARS BONDS (INVESTOR ID[protected] to UTI on 12th February 2009. There was an objection raised by the Company for attestation of the Signature.Again I had submitted attestation of my signature on 9th April 2009. However, till date there is no communication from the Company regarding this. I have also given my Bank account details for direct credit and have received confirmation for the same from UTI. The Bonds are in the name of my Daughter Ms. Pooja Mirani, who will turn major on 23rd May 2009. If redemption is not done by then, I will have to complete lot of procedure since she will be major on 23rd May 2009. I request you to take up the matter with UTI and arrange for the direct credit of redemption amount o[censored]TI ARS BONDS.
