I want to encash the units now, how much amount, I will get now and if kept till maturity, what will be the maturity value? How to encash now, if i want to do so?

I had invested in UTI CGG[censored]NIT SCHEME 1986 (CLAUSE 8 ) on 10/12/1992 for my son.The Unit Certificate No is[protected]. A total of 640 Units were purchased by me in favour of my minor son named Ishaan Alagh at Lucknow.
Now that 21 years have been completed by my son & as per the scheme i am supposed to get the amount due to me / my son, i have the following queries...
(a) Postal adress o[censored]TI office to be contacted in Kolkata may please be intimated to me alongwith their e mail address plus telephone contact Nos.
(b) Please inform me about the process of complete amount remittance whether it will be in my name or my son's name ?
(c) Please inform me as to what is the amount due in my favour with basis of calculation.

Your office can also contact me at [protected] as a customer care "good gesture" on your Co's part, which would be highly appreciated.I only hope that you will treat your customer / investor with care & dignity and not make me run around from pillar to post for my dues as is the practice with some irresponsible Co's.
