[Resolved]  Uti Pan Service — somebody else name showing to my pan no.

SUB : about to change of name in my HUF PAN card no. - AABHR3402E in your record.

with reference to above subject. i has submitted my application form for HUF PAN card in 6th june-2004 (attached application copy)at SURAT income tax office, and i received PAN card at above no. AABHR3402E with allotment latter (bundle id-OTH1231 / DespatchID[protected] , i attach copy of latter also. but when i goes to paid mine TDS to this year for income tax filing. i came to know this same PAN no is allotted to some other person RAJESH GOSWAMI at your record.
Here i attached a copy of mine PAN CARD with other prof with this mail. when i went to UTI office at Surat to submitted this application, they didnt give me proper response and they not accepting my application also. so u say what should i do now?
you tell me how will i pay my TDS and INCOME TAX file?
i need solution as soon as possible.
and please check this also who is Mr. RAJESH GOSWAMI? he is not making fraud or something to government.
its my humble request that please solve this issue in a week and give me written latter for accepting my INCOME TAX Chalan and TDS.
