UTI Technology Services Ltd. — PAN CARD NOT RECIEVED

I have not received the Pan Card at the given address, because my office has been shifted from the old one address & the PAN Card has been returned by courier at the office address.
Now, please send my PAN Card at my Home address given Below :

Sir/Madam,
I have received my PAN CARD.Thanks.But by mistake my birthdate is printed wrong.My B'date is[protected] & it is printed as 9-9-1987.Please guide me that what should i do so that it can be corrected.
